  Unfortunately my husband and I didn't get to buy our new house through PRDnationwide although we did have the pleasure to sell our first home through them. We used Michael Stojcevski to sell our home and the experience was fantastic.
  
  Knowing that we had already bought a house and needed to sell our existing home we put ourselves in a less than favourable situation. We needed to sell fast and for a price! We interviewed several different agents and couldn't decide who to go with... they were all the same. Until we met Michael.
  
  His strategy allowed us to have over 30 groups at our first open for inspection and that gave us the opportunity to negotiate with 6 different offers. After a short while we accepted an offer that we were happy with and now, we are packing to move out :-)
  
  I know that Michael pushed for the highest price because we were informed every step of the way with updates. We never felt misinformed or let down.
